The Buyer or Seller Agents add the deal and details, then invite the Transaction Coordinators, Loan Processor, and Loan Originator to join the deal using Clozr. From there, everyone can see their tasks, notifications, messages, and progress. The Buyer and Seller clients can also be added to track their deal's progress without calling the Agent.
Our app links to a the Doc U Sign folder where all the documentation is held. All disclosures, and important documents can be uploaded and downloaded with the Clozr App.
The Group Messaging feature allows all the parties except Buyer and Seller to send messages to an individual or to the group. And, everyone in the group receives notifications when certain tasks and milestones are completed keeping everyone informed.
